Jelena Pavlović has joined Optimapharm, bringing over 20 years of experience in global clinical trial operations to lead a new Trial Support functional area within the company.
Jelena is highly experienced in eTMF process development (including Veeva Vault and Medidata RAVE) and their global implementation and integration with other clinical trial management systems, training and line management of global clinical operation teams, site start-up activities, FDA inspections & audits, quality control & compliance. Additionally, she developed a global department of 50+ Project Specialists and led the integration of two different line management teams with diverse backgrounds into a successful Project Specialist management team.
Jelena holds a Master’s in Geological Engineering and has finished specialist studies for small and medium enterprises management.
